Here, we share all the essential information to help you prepare your stay, from booking to arrival.

We welcome you from 3:00 PM so that you can fully settle in and enjoy the place.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest, allowing us to carefully prepare the accommodation for the next guests.

Wondering how to find the accommodation? Where to park? What to do with the waste?
No worries — a detailed message will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. It includes all the practical information you need to settle in smoothly (access, Wi-Fi, parking, waste sorting rules, etc.).

Your comfort is our priority. That’s why we provide:

Bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels)

Free Wi-Fi

A welcome kit: coffee capsules, toilet paper, a bottle of fresh water

A selection of personalized recommendations (restaurants, sightseeing, walks, typical activities, etc.)

Please note: bathroom products (shampoo, shower gel) are not provided.

A tourist tax will be required. The amount varies depending on your destination, the number of guests, and the length of your stay.

To ensure everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:

No pets allowed

No parties or events are permitted in the accommodation

The property must be left clean and tidy upon departure

Any damage must be reported immediately

Before your arrival, we will ask for a copy of each guest’s ID (national identity card or passport).

Please note that a driver’s license is not accepted as proof of identity.

Each region has its own rules for waste sorting and collection.

You will receive a clear summary in the welcome message to help you follow the local guidelines.

Lake Como
To reach Casa Masnate and Casa Isolina, you have several options:

By plane: The nearest airports are Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate.

By train: From Milan, take a train to Como San Giovanni or Como Lago.

By bus: From Como, line C10 connects the city to the villages on the lake’s western shore, including Lenno and Ossuccio.

By boat: Shuttles and traghetti (ferries) run regularly between the lakeside villages, offering a pleasant and scenic way to travel.

By taxi or private transfer: For added comfort, you can book a taxi or private car transfer from the airport or train station.

By water taxi: For a more exclusive experience, water taxis can take you directly to the village from Como or other points along the lake.

Martina Franca – Puglia
To reach Casa Raguso and Studio Raguso, located in the historic center of Martina Franca:

By plane: The closest airports are Bari and Brindisi (about a 1–1.5 hour drive).

By train: Martina Franca is served by the local company Ferrovie del Sud Est, with connections from Bari, Brindisi, or Lecce.

By bus: Several regional bus lines connect the airports and major cities in Puglia to Martina Franca.

By car: Renting a car is often the most convenient way to explore the Itria Valley and its surrounding villages.
