Here, we share all the essential information to help you prepare your stay, from booking to arrival.

Arrival & Departure

We welcome you from 3:00 PM so you can fully settle in.
Departure is by 11:00 AM at the latest, allowing us time to carefully prepare the accommodation for the next guests.

Prepare your stay with ease

Wondering how to find the accommodation? Where to park? What about waste disposal?
No worries: a complete message will be sent a few days before your arrival. It contains all practical information to help you settle in (access, wifi, parking, sorting rules, etc.).

Included services

Your comfort is our priority. That’s why we provide:

  • Bed linens and towels (excluding beach towels)
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • A welcome kit: coffee capsules, toilet paper, bottled fresh water
  • A selection of personalized recommendations (restaurants, tours, walks, typical activities, etc.)

Note: bathroom products (shampoo, shower gel) are not provided.

Tourist tax

A tourist tax is payable in addition:

The exact amount will be specified upon booking confirmation.

House rules

To ensure everyone’s comfort, please kindly respect the following rules:

  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or events allowed in the accommodations
  • Accommodations must be returned clean and tidy
  • Any damage must be reported immediately

Required documents

Before your arrival, we will ask you for a copy of each traveler’s ID (national ID card or passport).

Driver’s licenses are not accepted as proof of identity.

Waste sorting & collection

Each region follows its own rules regarding sorting and collection.
You will receive a clear summary in the welcome message to follow local guidelines.
